Shipping Policy

All Onium transactions will attempt to be processed and shipped the same day or next business day. Our primary method of shipping is through the United States Postal Service (USPS), however at times we will utilize FedEx or UPS depending on extended shipping times.  

Please allow a reasonable amount of processing, shipping and delivery times. This usually occurs within 7-days of purchase depending on your shipping region. The shipping times do not include holidays and weekends. Ethos Vision is not liable for delay caused by the carrier, stolen, lost or damaged shipments.

If a package is returned to Onium due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home at the time of delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost, as well as the redelivery cost. 

Once a package is marked and updated as delivered, Onium is not responsible for the damage or loss of the package.
