Warranty Policy
Onium products have a 60 day warranty, from the date of purchase, against all manufacturing defects. The product will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents/crashes, abuse, acts of nature, improper use or maintenance, neglect, impact, or repairs/alterations not done by Onium.
Return Policy
All purchased products (excluding promotional items) from Onium can be returned within 30-days from the date of purchase. All items returned must be sent in its original packaging, unworn and undamaged. If you wish to return your product, please send an email to support@oniumpro.com. Your claim will be evaluated, and a return authorization email will be sent shortly. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. Upon receiving and inspecting the product, Onium will issue a refund by form of the original payment and process this payment within 3-5 days business days.
If for any reason a mistake has been made by Onium, please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to support@oniumpro.com. We will quickly correct the error by covering all return cost and getting you back in your Onium gear.
